Our goal is to partner with you to create the best spirit night and profit sharing event possible. With that goal in mind, we have created five steps to make your event a profitable one.
1. Pick a date and time frame for your event.
- Recommended days are Monday-Thursday. Fridays are not recommended and we do not do events on Saturdays.
- Recommended time frame is anywhere between 10:30 am (when breakfast ends) and 10:00 pm (when we close).
2. Promote well!
- After we have confirmed that your desired date is available, it is recommended that you advertise your fundraising event on social media and your organization’s website.
- The Cow is also available to be used to promote the day of the fundraiser.
3. Tell your family and friends!
- Send everyone the digital flyer.
4. Come to the store the day of the event and purchase food!
5. 20% of the pre-taxed total will go to your organization!
The dos and dont’s:
Do:
- Send digital flyers to friends and family.
- Promote with a Cow appearance.
- Have a class competition.
Don’t:
- Pass out flyers at the store location on the day and time of the fundraising event.
Other Important Information:
- The minimum amount raised must be $500 before tax.
