ALL of the listed marketing opportunities will need to have a Donation Request Form (DRF). We will need the paperwork at least 3 months prior to the event.

There are two simple steps to take when submitting your DRF:

1. Open the DRF word document here. Type in your information.
2. Once completed, email the DRF to our Marketing Director Rosa Clark at: clarkcloset@gmail.com.

Please allow a 2-3 week processing period. We will be in touch with you after we have reviewed your request. Please note that filling out a DRF does not automatically mean that we have accepted your request.
